New York’s skateboard/streetwear heavyweight label, UXA designed a one of a kind Vans Chukka boot for one of the oldest skateboard shops in Canada this past weekend. This was for the newly renonvated Temple store situated in front of Montreals legendary skatespot, Peacepark.
UXA, one of the few brands carried in some of the best shops in North America such as Supreme, DQM and HUF, added Temple to its elite dealer list.
You can find only the best skateboard brands at Temple including Girl, Nike SB, UXA, 4 Star, Diamond Supply, Addidas skateboarding, and Vans Syndicate, among many others…

Guided By The Universe

You may notice that your expectations and desires to grow could make you feel restless today. Knowing what you want out of life but not being sure of how to get it could create an internal conflict within that makes you feel on edge. Writing down your hopes and dreams and then listening to your intuition may help you create a plan that can make you feel more at ease with yourself and with your present situation. Keep in mind that your plans can be flexible. As you think about the future, you can ask your inner guides how you can achieve your goals. Perhaps your plan will come to you immediately and you may find a more concrete way of getting what you want. Should things be unclear, however, you can keep asking your intuition for answers throughout the day, and you might find that things become much clearer as time passes.

Setting concrete goals and then turning them over to our inner wisdom helps find a starting point that will motivate us. Even though we may have great ideas, if we don’t know how to act on our wishes, we will experience frustration, which will make it more difficult to work on our goals. By putting your hopes out into the universe and then asking the universe to guide you through your intuition today, you will access your truest desires and draw upon your deepest talents and knowledge to reach them.

A New Approach
Taking A Break From What You Are Doing

Sometimes we can get so wrapped up in our thoughts that we wind up going round in round in circles, finding it difficult to concentrate on things and, because we are so distracted, not really accomplishing much. There may be signals˜mental, emotional, and physical˜that tell us we need to slow down and relax. Since we are so involved in things that are external to us, however, we may easily overlook what is really going on inside of us. It is during these times that we need to step back from the things that occupy our minds and take time out to connect with our inner self, giving our minds, bodies, and spirits the time they need to reenergize and heal.

At first it may seem that by taking a break we may not be as productive as we would initially like. In reality, a healthy period of rest is something that gives us a real sense of the unlimited nature of our true potential. Spending a couple of minutes walking outside, doing a few yoga poses, meditating, or simply becoming attuned to the rising and falling of our breath enables us to let go of our worries. This act brings our focus back to the things that are truly essential for us, such as our sense of oneness with the universe and our inner peace and well-being. As we begin to get in touch with this part of ourselves, we will find that our usual everyday troubles and worries become less critical and that we not only have much more room in our lives to really reflect on the issues that mean the most to us, but we are also able bring to all the situations we encounter a much more positive and healthy outlook.

At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person.
Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us.
